Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that affects more than 24 million (or one in 300) people worldwide. According to the World Health Organization (WHO). Hallucinations are seeing or sensing something that is not there. This condition can involve all five senses, but patients often deal with auditory or visual hallucinations. Haptic hallucinations, which refer to touch, are uncommon, followed by hallucinations (throat, tongue, taste) and olfactory (nostrils, pleasant, pleasant odors).
