Instructions
- Wash apple, and core, leaving peel on. Cut into wedges.
- Place apple wedges, margarine, cinnamon, and brown sugar or coconut palm sugar in a large microwavable mug.
- Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Remove, stir and top with granola.
