One of the big trends for 2023 is corn whiskey, according to Josh Radigan, director of food and beverage at Viceroy Washington DC.
“I think corn whiskey has a softer effect in drinks and blends well with more fruit ingredients, while products like straight bourbon have more woody elements,” Radigan says. “whiskey tank From Richmond, Virginia, it shows a more stand-up style that isn’t all about the degree of sweetness, and instead, is more sophisticated in oak aging with hints of black cherry and baking spice on the nose.
