She received her BA in Nutrition from Syracuse University, and then completed extensive nutritional training at NYPresbyterian Hospital. Since then, I’ve gained more than ten years of experience in private practice, delivering nutrition workshops, and working with the media.

Lisa is an impartial dietitian: She believes that diets for weight loss can be good for some and bad for others. Her approach isn’t diet focused, it’s client focused. She believes that when it comes to nutrition, there is no one-size-fits-all method and that personalization is critical to sustainability and success.
