The sign-up process begins by offering you a choice of six eating plans, including basic clean eating, paleo, keto, vegetarian, vegan, or A Whole30 Certified Choice. In addition to the type of meals you want, you can choose 5, 7, 10 or 14 ready meals delivered per week. Want to cover more meals? Trifecta also allows you to add breakfasts, so you can Fill your day with nutrients.
The primary downside to this service is the lack of options. Meal selections are based on the chef’s choice, keeping allergies and dietary requirements in mind. While you’ll have very little control over the actual recipes prepared your way, you’ll have the option to leave out two ingredients, such as soy, nuts, or mushrooms.
No matter what your ultimate plan is, you can rest assured knowing that each recipe is well-balanced and dietitian-approved. Meals typically contain between 350 and 500 calories and are rich in protein, which helps keep you full and Regulates appetite. Best of all, it takes just three minutes to heat up in the microwave and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks (or freezer for up to three months).
Some meals we tried:

What our editor says:
“If you have weight loss goals, specific dietary preferences, or simply want to take the guesswork out of eating healthy, Trifecta is a great meal delivery option. I enjoyed it even though I love to cook, but these fully prepared meals will be equal. Best for someone who wants to spend as little time as possible in the kitchen.” – Carly Ferrante, Trade Editor
