For those with suicidal tendencies, it becomes increasingly difficult to understand that they will eventually get better. When one goes into a dark state of mind, it is difficult to think of any possibility of hope. This suicide prevention quote is a reminder that no matter how hard it gets for you, it will get better. And no matter how corny that sounds, there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel. You just have to keep going.

While going through a tough time, people often struggle to find a purpose to live for. They try to look for hope and reasons to cling to the outside world. And if you leave, remember that the world will never be the same.
