You can make rich, healthy and delicious pumpkin juice in no time with this easy pumpkin juice recipe. Turn canned pumpkin, spices, and oranges into this delicious spiced pumpkin smoothie, rich in flavor, plant proteins, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals. With just 7 ingredients, this healthy, vegan pumpkin pie smoothie can be whipped up in just 5 minutes! Best of all, you can use pumpkin to get that juice (check out my guide to How to make your own pumpkin puree) instead of just throwing them away after the season is over. Sweetened naturally with orange juice and a touch of maple syrup, this delicious recipe really hits the spot in fall and cool weather, or really year-round when you feel the need for some good pumpkin spice!

Wondering what’s in pumpkin spice? A mixture of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger and spices. You can make your own mix, or Buy pumpkin spice (also called pumpkin pie spice) already mixed.

Learn how to make this recipe with my video over here.
