We’re silly, we thought we enjoyed Quest frozen cookies in every way possible. Little did we know there was a bark toffee biscuit frosting in our future. This delicious treat takes a very chewy frosted cookie, combines it with the very tempting taste of fudge, and voila, the super fried bark is born!

Ingredients
Ordered frozen cookie
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- Half a cup of chopped American walnuts
- 6 tablespoons of heavy cream
- Half a cup of no-calorie sweetener
- Half a teaspoon of sea salt
- 8 ounces chocolate (2 sugar-free chocolate bars, chopped)
- 1 Quest Chocolate Frosted Cookiechopped
method
- The error baking sheet with wax paper. Place the butter and walnuts in a saucepan over medium heat–a little the heat. cook for 2–3 minutes and the nuts are toasted.
- Mix heavy cream with sweetener and salt. Once the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer 7–10 minutes. The mixture will thicken.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe dish. Spread half of the chocolate into a thin piece Layer over wax paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
- Spread the toffee mixture over it chocolate in even layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes before spreading remaining chocolate on top of the toffee layer (you can microwave it again a few more times
seconds to reheat if needed). - Top the chocolate with chopped Quest Frosted biscuits ad Then put it in the fridge to chill for at least an hour. Divide it into 20 pieces and serve.
