We’re silly, we thought we enjoyed Quest frozen cookies in every way possible. Little did we know there was a bark toffee biscuit frosting in our future. This delicious treat takes a very chewy frosted cookie, combines it with the very tempting taste of fudge, and voila, the super fried bark is born!

Nutritional information

Ordered frozen cookie

yields: 20 servings | Serving size: 1 pc

Calories: 120 | protein: 1 gram | Fat: 12 grams | net carb: 1 gram

Total carbohydrates: 8 grams | sugar: <1g

Ingredients

Ordered frozen cookie

  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • Half a cup of chopped American walnuts
  • 6 tablespoons of heavy cream
  • Half a cup of no-calorie sweetener
  • Half a teaspoon of sea salt
  • 8 ounces chocolate (2 sugar-free chocolate bars, chopped)
  • 1 Quest Chocolate Frosted Cookiechopped

method

  1. The error baking sheet with wax paper. Place the butter and walnuts in a saucepan over medium heat–a little the heat. cook for 2–3 minutes and the nuts are toasted.
  2. Mix heavy cream with sweetener and salt. Once the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer 7–10 minutes. The mixture will thicken.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe dish. Spread half of the chocolate into a thin piece Layer over wax paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the toffee mixture over it chocolate in even layer.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes before spreading remaining chocolate on top of the toffee layer (you can microwave it again a few more times
    seconds to reheat if needed).
  6. Top the chocolate with chopped Quest Frosted biscuits ad Then put it in the fridge to chill for at least an hour. Divide it into 20 pieces and serve.
