- Prepare a waffle iron with non-stick spray and turn on medium to high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the protein powder, flour, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, juice, peel, and vegetable oil.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and whisk until smooth.
- Pour half of the mixture into the center of the iron and cook until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat until you have used all the mixture.
- While the pancakes are cooking, put the heavy cream in a blender and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Stir in the protein and peel until homogeneous.
- Serve the waffle with lemon cream and spread it over the lemon cake.
