Ingredients:

- 2 cups almond flour
- Half a cup of zero-calorie sweetener
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free bread flour
- 1 scoop Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Half a teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 eggs
- Half a cup of coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping:
method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12×9 tray (with edge) with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix all dry cake ingredients together.
- In another bowl, whisk together the wet cake ingredients.
- Add wet to dry and stir with a rubber spatula until combined.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on the bottom of the tray.
- Bake the cake for 14 minutes. to calm down.
- Cut the cake into 16 squares of equal size.
- Put the heavy cream in a blender and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Add protein powder.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and place the filling on top of each square.
- Finish with chopped strawberries and frozen cookie crumbs.
