Ingredients
MAVEN BLUEBERRY COBBLER REQUIRED
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoons calorie-free sweetener
- 1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 Quest Blueberry Cobbler Hero Barfinely chopped
method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare an 8-layer muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, mix flour, sweetener, protein powder, baking powder, and salt together.
In another bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla. - Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir only 3 turns, leaving some dry spots.
- Add blueberries and continue mixing until homogeneous.
Divide the mixture between the liners and bake the muffins for 5 minutes. - Take out the muffin and place it on top of the chopped blueberry cobbler hero then continue baking for an additional 13-15 minutes and done.
- If the topping is too dark, cover it with tin foil until the cakes are fully cooked.
