Maybe that’s why we’re here at Quest Blog and don’t delight Quest fans with innovative inventions like delicious blueberry muffins made with Quest Vanilla Milkshake protein powder and Blueberry Cobbler Hero Bar. It’s moist and delicious, and contains 10g of protein along with 8g of net carbs and 4g of sugar! Try them.

Calories: 234 | protein: 11 grams | Fat: 15 grams | net carb: 8 grams

Total carbohydrates: 14 grams | sugar: 2 grams

Ingredients

MAVEN BLUEBERRY COBBLER REQUIRED

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons calorie-free sweetener
  • 1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3⁄4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 Quest Blueberry Cobbler Hero Barfinely chopped

method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare an 8-layer muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix flour, sweetener, protein powder, baking powder, and salt together.
    In another bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir only 3 turns, leaving some dry spots.
  4. Add blueberries and continue mixing until homogeneous.
    Divide the mixture between the liners and bake the muffins for 5 minutes.
  5. Take out the muffin and place it on top of the chopped blueberry cobbler hero then continue baking for an additional 13-15 minutes and done.
  6. If the topping is too dark, cover it with tin foil until the cakes are fully cooked.
