Ingredients
Popcorn Balls Small Peanut Butter Cup
- Half a cup of natural peanut butter
- Half a cup of sugar-free honey syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 cups grated popcorn
- 8 Quest Mini Peanut Butter Cups
- Sugar-free chocolate chip cup
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
method
- Place the peanut butter, honey, and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved and smooth.
- Turn off the heat and add the popcorn. Gently blend the popcorn from the bottom up to distribute the mixture evenly.
- Once all the popcorn is covered, add the small chopped peanut butter cups and use a measuring cup or ice cream scoop to make 16 equal-sized balls.
- Use your hands to pack the popcorn and shape it into balls.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe dish until smooth, then pour over the popcorn balls.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
