Popcorn Balls Small Peanut Butter Cup

Calories: 130 | protein: 4 grams | Fat: 8 grams | net carb: 14 grams

Total carbohydrates: 14 grams | sugar: 1 gram

Ingredients

Popcorn Balls Small Peanut Butter Cup

  • Half a cup of natural peanut butter
  • Half a cup of sugar-free honey syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 cups grated popcorn
  • 8 Quest Mini Peanut Butter Cups
  • Sugar-free chocolate chip cup
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

method

  1. Place the peanut butter, honey, and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved and smooth.
  2. Turn off the heat and add the popcorn. Gently blend the popcorn from the bottom up to distribute the mixture evenly.
  3. Once all the popcorn is covered, add the small chopped peanut butter cups and use a measuring cup or ice cream scoop to make 16 equal-sized balls.
  4. Use your hands to pack the popcorn and shape it into balls.
  5. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe dish until smooth, then pour over the popcorn balls.
  6. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
