  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare an 8-by-8-inch skillet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, protein, sweetener, spices, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin, cashew butter and eggs.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until the mixture comes together.
  5. Stir in half of the peanut butter cups, then transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Top with the remaining cup pieces of peanut butter and chocolate chips.
  7. Bake the blondes for 20-22 minutes and golden.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into 16 squares and serving.
