We’ve been so busy figuring out how to make Questify deep dish pan cookies that we never stop asking if we should. Turns out the answer was yes, yes we should. And it seemed like the only way to improve Quest’s mini peanut butter cups was to incorporate them into this super delicious recipe.

- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9-10-inch cast iron skillet with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein strength, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips, and peanut butter cups together.
- In stand-alone mixer or using hand mixer, beat melted sugar and butter for 2 minutes.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract until blended.
- Mix the dry ingredients and stir until the dough becomes sticky.
- Press the dough into the pan and bake for 18-20 minutes and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
- After 20 minutes, if your cookie isn’t cooked through, cover it with tin foil and continue cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes.
- Cut into 12 slices and serve hot with ice cream if desired.
