Now, we are not speaking in the language of Shaolin Masters who ask you to control thoughts and things with the power of your mind. Nor will we simply ask you to invest your time idly in the hope that accomplishments and success will come to you instead of working hard for them.

We hope your loopholes wear like a badge of honor and don’t let hard times make you think you’re not enough. You are capable of amazing and powerful things. You just have to believe in yourself.

2. Think of it as ‘we are on the same team’.
Conflicts – they have the ability to start wars and end the most beautiful relationships. A lack of communication and understanding has often led to the greatest disasters in human history. And all because we’ve been so invested in the “us versus them” idea. We’ve created subgroups and sub-teams from what was supposed to be one strong team that squarely resists the odds.
So whether it’s a colleague, friend, partner or random stranger – try to be kind and understanding. Remember that you are all on the same team and with proper communication you can solve any problem.
3. Realize that happiness is not an end or an end.
We treat happiness as a fantasy destination and always eagerly await to reach it. We’re looking for those perfect happy endings without knowing what they are or what they are like. We are so focused on achieving this goal of eternal happiness that we actually forget to be in the present moment.
That is why when we say that mentality is everything, it means that happiness in itself is also a mentality. It’s a choice you have to make every day. So choose to create happiness wherever you are. The only way to reach true happiness is through you, and you can do it today!
