Scalp picking is simply touching and pulling on your scalp. There are several reasons one might find themselves doing this.

If you pick at your scalp because of product buildup, tight hairstyles, or itchiness from a new hair or scalp product, you don’t necessarily have to worry. If this is the case, consider why this is happening and adjust your hair care habits accordingly.
