We have learned to think of happiness as the ultimate goal. It is a destination that we must reach and work hard for. It is described as the state of euphoria that we will eventually have after completing a certain set of goals.

4. Your body
Many of us are familiar with the constant feeling of not loving yourself because of the way you look. But every time we do that, we forget how strong our bodies really are. Your body allows you to walk, run, create art, and do so much more every single day. How could you not love a body that allows you to do all of these amazing things over and over again? This right here, another reason to smile today.
