June 06 Fat loss, hormone changes and dang scale
I know what it means to hate Libra.
To intimidate her and avoid her and not want to confront her.
We tend to let the “scale” dictate what our day will be like. If it’s moving in the “right” direction we’re happy. If it doesn’t budge or go in the “wrong” direction then we’re not

Last Monday: I haven’t weighed myself in almost a year. I eat right away, I work out, and I know losing fat for good.
and trampled on him. (After I blame my husband for shrinking my jeans for the first time)
He has increased by 10 lbs. yes
I started wondering my whole life.
Who am I to teach FAT LOSS?
Then I remembered…
I’m 50. I’m in perimenopause.
I’m currently not using bio-identical hormones (there’s nothing against them just not my way now) and most importantly, I’ve been very focused on building a butt for the past year. You have added a lot of muscle. She really got through my pain! My taste is far and few between now.
I’m feeling much better than I’ve been in a long time and no one will know that this scale meant to me earlier this week. And no one will care or even notice.
I’m grateful for that moment the other morning because it reminded me of how the darn gauge messes with us.
The truth is I feel great, I’m thriving and I love my newly built butt and how I feel and look at 50!
