Do you feel like you’re gaining weight in “certain areas?”
Question for those in their forties, fifties and beyond… Do you feel like you’re gaining weight in “certain areas?” Kinda like to get out of nowhere?
This is for you if you’ve ever wondered what to do about new areas of “interesting” fat deposits…like the backs of the arms, lower abdomen or back!
It’s not in your head. This happens as we age.
Here’s what we can do:
First… the bad news. We can’t “fix” where we will lose fat.
But this is what you can do
Get rid of total fat through nutritional changes, the workouts we do and increase our career and intensity
Muscle development in those areas. Not only will you burn more calories at rest if you have more muscle, but you will dramatically change the appearance of that area. Muscle is denser than fat and takes up less space
