Ingredients
Wanted Jalapeno Lime Chili Bombs
- 8 ounces soft cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and minced
- tablespoon hot sauce
- Coconut flour cup
- egg
- 2 bags Quest Chili Lime Tortilla Chips
method
- Lay the butter paper on the baking tray.
- Place the cream cheese, shredded cheese, jalapeno, bacon, and hot sauce in a mixing bowl and stir until everything is well combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to roll out 14 equal-sized balls and place them on a baking tray and chill them in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add the coconut flour to a flat bowl.
- Beat the eggs and add them in a flat bowl.
- Crush the chips into small pieces and place them in a flat bowl.
- Coat each cheese ball with the coconut flour, then the egg mixture (make sure it’s completely covered with the egg) and finally coat it with the crushed foil.
- Place the balls in an air fryer and cook at 375°F for 4-6 minutes until golden. Feet it right away.
