You can still focus on using the most nutrient-dense ingredients available to you and get a truly delicious and filling meal. This recipe is proof that healthy and delicious foods aren’t mutually exclusive – it’s totally possible to get a smoothie that looks like a milkshake, tastes delicious and candy-like, yet is still packed with key health benefits.

It has just the right amount of sweetness from a banana, and you’ll sneak some veggies in by adding frozen cauliflower (don’t worry, you can’t taste it in juice, but it creates an extra creamy texture, which is a great way to get an extra serving of veggies). If you don’t have any cauliflower on hand, it’s okay to omit it.

The combination of peanut butter and maca together adds flavor to the candy’s flavor. When I make this smoothie after a hard workout, I always add Unflavored Collagen Peptides For extra protein.
