We’ll feel better at some point. Bad feelings don’t last forever. Life can be full of many different thoughts and feelings, and not all of them are nice. But no matter how bad our feelings are, no matter how horrible we feel, no matter how much they make us cry, they will always pass in time.
The waves get bigger and bigger before they land. It can rain and fall for hours on end before the sun rises. It can make us feel really terrible and bad and make us cry or want to hit our pillow, but eventually, it will pass, we will feel calmer, and life will feel brighter.
