Almond butter fluff
Ingredients
I came up with this super simple dip made of yogurt, almond butter, and chocolate chips (with a hint of cinnamon) as a way to serve up a snack dish. After years of whipping peanut butter into whole Greek yogurt to make a super fluffy, frosting-like whip, I tried it with almond butter (a Birch’s favorite) and added mini chocolate chips for visual enticement: What wouldn’t a child gravitate toward chocolate bars?
99% is good for you
This recipe is 99% good with protein and calcium from yogurt and healthy fats from almond butter. Feel free to use peanut butter or sunflower seed butter instead!
What do you serve with your fluff
- Apple or pear slices
- Carrots or celery (like peanut butter + celery!)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Full fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter Make sure it’s very cloudy
- 1/8 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 a pinch sea salt
- 1 Tablespoon small chocolate chips

Whisk the yogurt, almond butter, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl with a paddle attachment.

Stir in chocolate chips and add more on top.
