Achieve your health goals with these satisfying, delicious, and nutrient-balanced vegetarian dishes, providing meals under 500 calories, all with an emphasis on whole, clean, nutrient-dense ingredients.

Are you working towards some new healthy eating goals? There’s nothing better than a great veggie bowl – perfectly balanced in protein, healthy carbs, fat and calories – to get you on the right track. The goal is for you to be satisfied with a hearty, tasty meal packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidant compounds and macros for a modest amount of calories to help maintain your healthy weight goals.

That’s why I recommend 500 calorie servings as a great way to promote a healthy weight, as it’s enough to keep most people energized and feeling energized, while still being moderate in calorie intake for a healthy weight. At the same time, it’s important to shove clean, whole plant ingredients into power-packed vegan bowls, which include plenty of real whole grains, legumes (beans), soy foods, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, vegetable fats, herbs and spices. We also want to limit those unwanted ingredients, like added sugars, sodium, and additives.

I also share a bunch of my healthy vegan bowl recipes too. Each healthy and nutritious bowl provides around 400-500 calories to keep you satisfied for a great day.
